We believe in STORY.

Story makes up history and history allows us to view where we have come from in order to direct where we are going.  Story is something that moves the soul, opens the heart and stimulates the mind.  Ironically, most ancient texts are comprised of the stories of men and women’s lives and the Bible itself is more than 60% story.  Story means we value life and we value the journey that peoples lives are on.  We are committed to the story of each one of our lives in the hopes that the journey ends in a greater outcome then the start.

We believe in PASSION.

Passion is the revelation of GOD in our lives.  It’s the thing that begins to lead us to the destiny of our original created life intention.  Passion is where money does not matter, where stress is worth the cause and where we are willing to give all of who we are.  We believe in walking out our passions through the arts, communication, action sports and ultimately creativity, in order to show the character of GOD in our lives. Passion is the color one uses to begin the journey of their story!

We believe in COMMUNITY.

It’s messy. It’s uncomfortable. It’s awkward. It’s rewarding. It’s emotional. It’s tiring. It’s Transformational. It’s expensive. Community is all of these things and more.  We are committed to giving our best shot as imperfect creatures to build community with one another.  Community requires loyalty and we desire to learn loyalty from a GOD who has stuck by his creation for generations.  A GOD who lived loyalty and community till the point in which it took his life.

We believe in PARADOX.

To receive, you must give.  To keep, you must loose. To lead, you must stay behind. We believe in the paradox of the life of Jesus and many others in the ancient text of the bible.  We desire to learn and grow in this great paradox in order to show the world by our actions that GOD is in fact alive and well in the hearts, minds and souls of people all around the world.

We believe in ACTION.

We desire to LIVE OUT LOUD!  Too often people are known not by what they are for but by what they are against.  We want to be known by what we are FOR and we show that through action.  Action happens GLOCALLY (Globally and Locally).  We believe that GOD dies in society when we huddle in small rooms talking about him and not living him.  We choose to live it through caring for the Pandemic of HIV/AIDS, building a home for the poor or being the first to reconcile conflicts among friends.  GOD is shown through our actions NOT our intentions.
