Our vision is to have the eyes of our hearts opened to the social injustices occurring to the children of God in Thailand.
Our mission is to visit the locations of injustice, to be educated concerning the situation surrounding the injustice and to listen to the stories of the people experiencing the injustice. Then dialoguing and creating ways to partner and support those within the situation while in Thailand and back home.
In the short term we are hoping to…
…look for opportunities to love on those we interact with
…document with writing, photo and video what is occurring
…research ways to bring justice to the injustice occurring
…create opportunities to serve the organizations LT goals in country
In the long term we desire to…
…partner with strategic individuals and organizations helping the change
…bring awareness to southern California through video, music, photography, blogs and events. We desire to build a bridge of involvement/network from southern California to Thailand!
The Schedule
March 11th – Depart LAX @ 11pm
March 12th – Flying
March 13th – Arrive Bangkok @ 11:35am head to Chiang Mai
March 14th – Doi Suthep Temple Tour Chiang Mai
March 15th – Leave For Mae Sot – 6+hour bus ride
March 16th – Leave by truck for Mae La Camp
March 17th – Mae La Camp
March 18th – Depart Mae La Camp – Stay Mae Sot
March 19th – Depart Mae Sot to Chiange Mai 6+ hr bus ride
March 20th – Adventure Trek – Elephant Rides – Rafting
March 21st – AM Departure to Bangkok Arrive LAX 8:00pm
