“Behind The Wire” Photo Exhibit – May 12th

Recently Symbolic sent a Global Trek into the heart of one of the largest barb wire bordered refugee camps in the nation of Thailand, Mae La Camp. We spent a number of nights living among the 60+ thousand people living in this camp in order to capture images and stories of their current situation.

On Wednesday, May 12th, at 7pm, we are planning on bringing these stories and images to South Orange County for one night only. It will be held directly across the street from Capo Beach Calvary Church (normal meeting place). We are going to have a “walk-through” style art set-up in the green house displaying all the amazing photos our crew took. Some fantastic sweets will be provided (compliments from Sugar Blossom Bake Shop), a fresh DJ for audio indulgence, and Plasma TVs blasting additional visuals from the Global Trek.  Please come and invite all your friends to see what our team saw through the lens of their cameras of what’s occurring, Behind The Wire.

Keep up with the event here or on Facebook.

Below are some videos that give some more info regarding the situation in that area of the world currently.
